Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Shipping Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

Package Your Flag

Carefully fold your flag and place it back in its original box with all tags attached to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the returned goods at our South Carolina facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
